Shipping & Delivery

In Stock orders ship 1-2 business days.

All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Coco Meli cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control. Kindly remember that shipping during holidays can be very unpredictable. Our default shipping service does not guarantee shipping times during this period. If faster/guaranteed delivery time is of importance, we recommend upgrading to Priority shipping (additional charges apply). Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address on file that includes a tracking number.

Custom orders and Item(s) that are not immediately available will be placed on a priority waiting list and will be shipped once they become available. Custom orders generally take 7-14 days however depending on design & quantity, this may vary. Lead time will be confirmed for all custom orders at time of placing order. If our time frame does not meet your deadline, please advise us BEFORE placing your order. Unless previously agreed, a deadline left in the notes at purchase DOES NOT constitute an agreement to rush your order. A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been sent out for delivery.

We recommend reviewing your order details on the order review page before submitting your order and in the purchase confirmation email that is sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Please assure your shipping address is current and correct. This is the address where your item(s) will be shipped. If your package gets returned due to provision of incorrect address, we will re-send with shipping charges remaining the responsibility of buyer. 

Where does Coco Meli ship?

We currently deliver to Canada, USA, UK and Europe. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.

For shipments to international locations, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, please email our customer service at info@cocomeli.com for shipping rates and information. Coco Meli does not accept responsibility for deliveries which require additional expenses due to inaccessibility.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside our shipping zones.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

All Coco Meli online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender. Should a package be returned to Coco Meli all shipping fees incurred (including additional return shipping fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Additional fees

International customers are solely responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import consumption taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by destination country. Due to import duty valuation adjustments, we are unable to provide an estimate for these duties and/or taxes and such are not included in the cost of the items or shipping charges. Please be sure to check with your customs authorities as you are responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes charged by your country during the import process. No refund of any kind will be issued if you refuse to pay these custom fees and/or taxes and the order is returned to Coco Meli. The buyer will be responsible for any repeat shipping fees incurred thereafter.
